An investigation matched to the issue observed
A persistent odour, water event, excessive humidity or visible contamination does not always call for the same protocol. ecoPlus Services first clarifies the building context and observed conditions so the inspection, measurements and sampling are appropriate to the situation.
An assignment may include a visual inspection, moisture and ventilation measurements, air, surface or material sampling, accredited laboratory analysis, identification of likely moisture sources, a remediation protocol and post-work verification.

For commercial, institutional, industrial, multi-residential or mining projects whose scope supports the travel required for our technologists, we also provide mould investigations and indoor air quality assessments elsewhere in Quebec and Ontario. Feasibility, scheduling and any travel or accommodation costs are confirmed before the service proposal is prepared. When are fungal laboratory results normally available?
Results are generally available within 4 to 5 business days, with rush processing sometimes available. Our team normally provides an initial verbal update on the day results are received or the next business day. The written report generally follows within 1 to 4 business days, depending on complexity.
